A big thanks to all our recent fundraisers!
WSGVAR Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3)

Every year, WSGVAR Foundation raises funds and gives educational scholarships to high school students in five cities that we serve: Alhambra, Monterey Park, San Gabriel, Rosemead, and Temple City. Every year, via an auction and 50/50, we were able to provide fifteen (15) scholarships of $500 each to area High School Seniors. An award ceremony, which is held every year around May, allows the recipient, guests and the Principal of their high school an opportunity to attend our weekly Thursday marketing meeting where they are given the opportunity to share their future goals and what college they will be attending. This is always a heartwarming event to hear the struggles, ambitions and hopes of each student. Once you hear their stories, you realize how much our donation means to each student.
Last December, the WSGVAR Foundation awarded $1,000 each to The Blue Star Banner Organization through the City of Temple City, the Boys and Girls Club of Monterey Park, Maryvale in Rosemead, the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society, the Salvation Army in San Gabriel, and the YMCA in Alhambra. A representative from each charity attended the WSGVAR ceremony where a certificate of appreciation and a check were given. Each representative had an opportunity to share what they do for the community.
